I suffer for severe anxiety. Long story short medication doesn't work for me and therapy hasn't been working out. ANYWHO without sharing my life story I'm just going to say. I have suffered for years with not getting to sleep for 1-3+ hours at the start. I would also wake up 2-4 times after that and then fall asleep again.
The FIRST night using it, I fell asleep within 5 minutes, woke up and right away fell asleep and one more time which took 1/2 hour and then asleep!

I was very skeptical at first but figured I'd try it for both my anxiety and insomnia. It has actually helped. I had to play around with the setting to find what worked for me and the specific issue I was dealing with at the time...that was a bit frustrating but that's on me NOT the product. Everyone is different and every issue is different...just be patient while you figure it out.

I was skeptical because nothing I tried ever worked. Check out my Fitbit photos for proof, I actually slept! Very important, be sure to hold it properly or I didn't feel anything. It has to be touching just under your fingers, not the middle of your hand. I did still wake up a lot, but used it again and fell right back to sleep. I hope it will help me train myself to sleep through the night, but such a difference in my sleep with the first use. Amazing!

Ok, so this is could be beneficial only because of a placebo, affect, but I saw it on a Tiktok, and figured why not? When you have debilitating insomnia, you'll try pretty much anything. I've used it 3 nights in a row, and all three nights, I've been asleep in under 45 mins, and have been able to get back to sleep fairly quickly, by turning it back on when I wake. My only gripe is that the wrist grip is a lil tight (and I'm a woman), and without having it on your wrist, it easily gets lost in the sheets, and NOTHIN' will wake you up like rooting around in the sheets for 20 mins trying to find your sleep aide device. If you're in a situation where you can gamble with 30 bucks give or take, it's def worth a shot IMHO.

I have horrible insomnia. Most nights I have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. I've tried everything from naturopathic remedies, cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia, sleep studies, new pillows, baths, exercise, diet changes... nothing helped much. I figured I'd try this as I didn't have much to lose, seemed safe and interested me.IT HELPS. I don't use it every night but when I need it, it's there.
